Use this type of registration to register one or more attendees other than yourself. This registration method can be used by faculty and administrative staff, and can register an unlimited number of attendees at a time. If you are a faculty member only registering yourself, please go back to Individual Registration.

Please note that this is not a discounted registration; each attendee will be registered at the per-person rate.

You must be in the AALS database and have an AALS login and password to use the registration system. Proceed via the button above and register using a credit card.

If you have tried but are unable to log into the system, check to see if you are in the AALS database. First, follow the button above, enter your school email address, and click “Forgot Password.”

  • If you are in the database, you will receive instructions to create or change your password. Do so, then try again to register.
  • If you do not receive an email, you are not in the database. Please email the AALS Registration team for assistance.

Need to register someone whose name does not appear in the system?

First, contact your Dean’s Office to ensure that the faculty/staff member is listed on your school’s AALS Roster. If you need additional assistance, please email the AALS Registration team.

Registration Confirmation 

Each registered person receives two emails within a few minutes: one with a registration confirmation and one with information about reserving a room in the conference hotel. If a registrant loses track of these emails later, they should email the AALS Registration team and ask to re-send them through the registration system. 

As the person using the group registration system, you will receive both the itemized invoice and the hotel instructional emails.

Payment Methods

AALS accepts MasterCard, Visa, and AmEx. We do not accept payment via electronic deposit or wire transfer.

The billing address on the payment page may already be populated with an address. Do not change this address, even if it is not tied to the credit card you are using for payment. This address refers to your school’s billing address with AALS.

If you receive the error “Item Not Found” when submitting payment, the credit card information has been entered incorrectly. It does not mean that the card has been declined. Please double check that you have entered the card information correctly.
